I'm a tech and IT guy from Long Island who spends probably too much time thinking about AI, automating my house, watching films, and making sure my money is working as hard as I am. This site is where all of that lives.

Part creative outlet, part credibility, part compulsion. I built glennbuilds.com because I had opinions I wanted to put somewhere permanent — somewhere that wasn’t a tweet that disappears or a Reddit comment that ages badly. If something I write saves you an afternoon of research or makes you think twice about a tool you’re using, that’s the whole point.

I write about building with AI — actually building, not just theorizing. I cover Home Assistant because it’s one of the most powerful and most humbling pieces of software I’ve ever touched. I think seriously about personal finance because the stakes are real. And I review film and TV because taste matters, and someone has to be honest about it.
